Northleach is a small Cotswold market town in GL54, about 10 miles from our yard in Cirencester, so you're looking at roughly 20 minutes down the A429. It's a tight mix of older stone-built cottages, converted wool-merchant properties and a handful of 20th-century infill houses on the edges. We cover the town and the surrounding hamlets. Most jobs here involve ageing pipework under period buildings, slow drainage from shared private sewers, and roots working into joints on the older back-lane runs.

The historic core around the market square and the church has some of the oldest domestic drainage in the area, much of it original clay or early-glazed ware that was never updated when mains drainage arrived. Properties on the outskirts sit on newer runs but often share lateral sewers with neighbours, which complicates blockage diagnosis. We usually come in off the A429 via the Fosse Way junction. The low-lying ground at the edge of town can back up in wet weather, and tree roots along the older back lanes are a recurring problem rather than a one-off.
